United Structural Systems did a great job. From the initial consult with Ryan through having the work completed was very easy to manage. The crew (Noah, Austin & Brandon) were very knowledgeable and kept me informed throughout the entire process. Matthew (manager) worked with me on rescheduling the work at my house on short notice and was very understanding. I would recommend United Structural Systems to anybody needing work in your crawlspace, basement and/or foundation repairs.May 20Had a few minor issues after the work had been completed. Contacted Matthew on a Sunday night and had a callback first thing Monday morning. Austin arrived later that afternoon and we walked/crawl the majority of my crawlspace. Austin provided details of what was performed incorrectly and assured me that they would fix it. A few days later Austin was back and repaired all the issues and once again explained to me what he had done. Even with the issues, I still highly recommend USS, as it is hard to find a company that stands behind the work that they do.

Brayden and Grant did an excellent job working on our flooded crawlspace. They were very punctual, communicative and kind. They gave helpful feedback on the state of our foundation and provided recommendations on what to keep an eye on in the future after the install was complete. I’ll definitely be referring my friends and family to USS.

We hired USS to encapsulate our crawl space. We didn’t have any major issues, but the humidity was sometimes higher than we’d like to see it, so this was a preventative measure. Matt spent a good amount of time explaining the process and answering all of our questions. The price was less than the other companies we spoke with which was nice. We felt confident about the procedure and quality of materials that USS uses so they received our business. Alex, DJ and Harvey did the actual install. They seemed very attentive to the quality of work they were doing and they made sure we were pleased with it before they left the job site. Everyone we dealt with at USS, from sales to installers, was very respectful and professional. I would recommend giving this company a minute of your time if you’re looking into crawl space work.

Update March 2025: We have loved the service we have continued to receive even after BCS changed over to USS. They have come out once at the 6 month mark to adjust the supports and check the dehumidifier. We continue to enjoy mold free air and after 10 months we have noticed that we are not sick anymore with allergies and constant illness! Thanks again guys! May 2024: We purchased our 1956 home just under 2 years ago and after a few months we started noticing that the floor was sinking in certain spots and there was a lot of movement and bouncing when you walked. We gave Basement and Crawlspace Solutions a call and when their inspector took a look he not only found a cracked joist but improper joist spanning as well as two kinds of mold. We had received bids from two other companies but felt like we were being jerked around and their bids included a lot of add-ons that were unnecessary. The bid from this company was straightforward and honest. We ended up signing the contract with Basement and Crawlspace Solutions and their techs were simply fantastic! They just wrapped up 3 days at our home and Jordan, Noah D and Noah J were extremely professional and did an amazing job encapsulating and reinforcing our crawl space. For the first time in 2 years there is no shaking or bounce in our floors when you walk! I can't rave enough about how amazing this company is! There are a lot of competitors out there but I would hands down go with this company every time!

I worked with Matt Hadden on quoting a project. Excellent all the way around. He was punctual, polite, and smart. He was able to educate me on things going on in our crawlspace and he let me know that certain services I was asking about weren't actually needed- he didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need and he offered to be a resource. Facing the probability of needed repairs for your house’s foundation, crawl space and sinking concrete can be daunting . . . not to mention expensive! After doing my ‘homework’, USS was one of several companies I asked to evaluate the situation, tell me what, in their opinion, needed to be done and how much it would cost me. I chose USS. Another great experience with Basement and Crawl Space Solutions (now USS). A couple of years ago, they partially encapsulated our crawlspace. We asked them to add a dehumidifier last week. The team is very responsive and professional. They shared pictures of the work. From beginning to the end of the process, I was satisfied.

Tomas and his crew were very good about keeping us informed about what they were doing and why. They were on time and cleaned up the area when they finished. While under the house they found several problems that need to be addressed by a plumber and Hvac. We appreciate that. They guarantee their work and gave us a # if there's a problem. Highly recommend them.

Ryan did an excellent job explaining the installation process and made us confident in what to expect. Chris, Noah, and Peyton went above and beyond with a neat and professional install that we are thrilled with. Not only is our house more stable and flush, but our doors also close properly for the first time. I can't recommend these guys enough.

Let me start by saying our crawlspace was huge and a complete disaster. The downspouts were originally routed under the house which meant the crawlspace was constantly flooded. They ended up removing the old insulation, killing and scrubbing away the mold, reinforcing 6 rotted manufactured I-beams, reinforcing the newly sistered joints with a steel I-beam, running a drainage ditch with 3 sump pumps, dehumidifier, new crawlspace door, and a full encapsulation with 20mm barrier on the ground and 10mm up the walls and columns. We had several companies come out to do a quote since we had no idea what we were dealing with. Levi caught every single issue that some other people didn't see, and he sat with us for almost 2 hours talking through the advised solution, stages we could tackle the problems in, and options to try to reduce costs. He was extremely helpful in getting us the best solution for our case. The crew consisted of crew lead Chris along with Peyton and Noah. Chris made sure to talk to us before they got started to go over the plan, what they would try to accomplish each day, and their expected time frame. He also texted us each day with their progress, what they would do the next day, and if any issues arose they were having to work around. The crew was very professional and polite. And, of all the contractors we have had while redoing 2 houses, they were the most clean group of any trade. At the end of each day, they would pack up all of their trash and neatly lay out their tools. When they finished, you would only know they were there by the sparkling crawlspace. If you ever need any type of work done under your house, I would highly recommend USS, Levi, Chris, Peyton, and Noah.

I had USS inject poly-foam into my garage floor slap. Michael did a great job working diligently all around and raising the slab to where it was. There were problematic areas that refused to move, but he kept working on them till he was able to raise them, or raise them as much as he could. He was very attentive to what I said, welcomed and answered all my questions, and just easy to talk with. He also cleaned well after the work was finished. He is an employee to keep. I am pleased with the companie's work, and their prices are fair compared to the competitors'. I was happy with my decision to go with them.

The retaining wall around our driveway had cracked and was sinking on one end. We got quotes from USS and another company. USS had a higher quote, but they offered two advantages. First, they were going to put in an additional pier. On a per pier basis, they were actually cheaper. Second, they had a working relationship with an asphalt company that could fix the problems with our driveway. They arranged for the asphalt company to come out and give us an estimate. That was a big help. Thank you Levi for putting together the plan. When the crew came out to do the work, they explained that they would determine exactly what kind of piers I would need once they did some digging. We had been quoted the most expensive kind, but as it turned out, we needed a less expensive kind. As a result, the final price came in lower and was less than the competition had quoted. The team led by Owen did a great job. The results were better than expected. I recommend USS.

Tomas, Brayden and Christian absolutely outdid themselves!!! We are very very pleased with everything! Levi that did our inspection and quote was amazing as well as Matthew (I think)! Nothing but good things to say! Our house was built in the 50’s and on creek rock as a foundation so we had some structural issues that they took care of for us! We also have been battling constant sickness with our baby and they discovered some mold under the house as well, so they took care of that and got a dehumidifier put in. When I called and told them we were looking because we were wondering if there was mold due to our baby being sick they remembered that when they called to schedule us for the actual work to be done and asked ab our baby. That meant a lot to me as a parent, not to mention they also got us taken care of quickly! Literally 10/10 recommend!!!

First off, I've never been happier to post a 5 star review. USS just completed work to stabilize the foundation on my 100-year old house in Lupton City. My floors are now rock solid with no more sagging. Price was reasonable and easily beat out the other bids I got as USS didn't try to oversell me when it came to the number of posts I would need (One company said I needed 20 posts(!) which I knew was ridiculous). Lastly, I'd like to give a shout out to Alex, the crew leader. Kept me informed and made sure all my concerns were addressed until I was 100% satisfied.

The young men from the company called to let me know they were coming and arrived when the said they would. All of them were polite and responsive to my concerns. They quickly made the necessary adjustment to the structural supports and asked if I had any other concerns or questions. Could not have hoped for better service. 👍🏼

We had two jobs done by USS and both were equally superb. Matthew in the office and Levi the estimator are both very friendly and professional. Alex and crew encapsulated a small crawlspace for us which included fungal treatment and a dehumidifier. The crawl space went from disgusting to inviting (as much as a crawl space can be) in about half a day. Austin performed a foam injection sidewalk/stair lift to raise our sunken front steps, and the results were literally perfect— the steps were even, the correct height, and the sidewalk is now correctly graded away from the porch. Overall I am very happy with USS and would absolutely use them for future crawlspace work.

I've had an ongoing issue of moisture intrusion and high humidity in my basement for years. Basement & Crawlspace solutions came in and in two days installed drainage, sump pump and dehumidifier. Humidity has dropped from low 80's to 50% and holding. Tomas, Brayden and Alex did a great job. I would recommend them to anyone in need.

LLC Company did for me.From the several visits I had with MATT the project manager to get exactly what materials I wanted for my job to the 3 men on the crew... I want to Thank Peyton and his Team for an AWESOME job, they installed a jack and beam system leveling the floor (which fixed my sagging door frames, now my doors will shut), a dehumidifier, incapsulated our crawlspace as well as spraying and removing any mold or mildew on our floor joist and underneath the subfloor, also installed a new access door, these guys were very courteous and professional, keeping us informed of the daily progress and taking pictures so we could view all work being completed, also keeping the site clean daily and removed all debris and materials when completed, I highly recommend this team of professionals and will be spreading the word about your install, it looks awesome, Thank you guys!
